Cole
Dr. Cole is the founder and Head Occupational Therapist at CGOT. She is a passionate advocate for neurodiversity-affirming care and is committed to reshaping how we understand executive functioning, mental health, and human development. Through both clinical work and leadership, she is committed to building a more compassionate, forward-thinking model of care. Cole rotates through the practices, supervising the rest of the team weekly.

Sam
Sam is a Senior Occupational Therapist with extensive experience across neurodiversity-affirming practice, working between Claremont and Vredehoek. He works confidently across executive functioning, social development, life skills, and emotional regulation, supporting clients across the lifespan. His preference is adolescent and adult work, but is highly capable in supporting all clients. Sam has a passion for helping people reach their functional goals and achieve success.

Sharyn
Sharyn is the backbone of CGOT and the steady force behind the scenes. As our Practice Manager, she keeps everything (and everyone) on track, ensuring the ship runs smoothly each day. With exceptional organisation, warmth, and attention to detail, Sharyn supports both our team and our families. She is often the first point of contact and brings calm, clarity, and efficiency to every interaction. If anything needs to be done, Sharyn is making sure it happens.

Saffron
Saffron is a Senior Occupational Therapist with a strong background in neurodiversity-affirming practice. She is deeply passionate about supporting clients to rebuild a sense of competence, confidence, agency and identity, grounded in a strong belief in the importance of creating a life that genuinely feels worth living
Working as a digital nomad, she supports clients remotely, bringing flexibility, depth, and a global perspective to her work.

Coerien
Coerien is a Senior Occupational Therapist working fully remotely from her farm near Sutherland. She brings deep expertise in neurodiversity-affirming care and is passionate about supporting individuals across the lifespan. Known for her calm presence and thoughtful insight, Coerien walks alongside her clients as they navigate the ups and downs of life, build practical strategies, and move toward lives that feel authentic, meaningful, sustainable, and self-directed.

Gillian
Gill is a Senior Occupational Therapist who brings a strong background in mental health and is trained in sensory integration, offering a thoughtful and holistic approach to occupational therapy. She works from our Pinelands, Plumstead and Claremont practices. Gill works across the lifespan, working with emotional regulation, sensory processing, and functional independence. Gill is skilled at helping clients make sense of their sensory experiences and emotional worlds.

Kayla
Kayla is our Vredehoek-based Occupational Therapist, working across both Lighthouse and CGOT. She particularly enjoys supporting adolescents and adults, while also bringing valuable experience in paediatrics.
Kayla is passionate about practical, real-world occupational therapy. She focuses on building life skills that translate directly into everyday independence.

Joey
Joey is based in Claremont, where she spends her mornings at Lighthouse and her afternoons seeing CGOT clients. She works across the age range and has a particular interest in the mental health space, supporting children, teens, and adults to better understand themselves and develop meaningful coping strategies. Joey is particularly skilled at holding space for those who are having a tough time, working with deep reflection.

Alice
Alice is our Pinelands-based Occupational Therapist, working across both Lighthouse and CGOT. She is a thoughtful and highly reflective clinician who brings depth and care to every therapeutic relationship. Alice particularly enjoys working on executive functioning skills, supporting clients with planning, organisation, emotional regulation, and self-understanding.

Nina is our Plumstead-based Occupational Therapist working across both Lighthouse and CGOT. She has a natural gift for connecting with people and bringing out their sense of joy. Her warm, engaging presence helps clients feel seen, understood, and genuinely comfortable in therapy. She works confidently across executive functioning, social development, and life skills, supporting children, teens, and adults to build confidence and practical independence.

Geraldine
Geraldine is our Hermanus-based Occupational Therapist working across both Lighthouse and CGOT. She has experience working across all age ranges and brings a calm, grounded presence to her practice. She is passionate about working alongside her clients to help them achieve meaningful, functional goals in everyday life across home, school, work, and community settings.

Ricci
Ricci is the newest addition to the CGOT team at our new Sandton practice. Ricci brings experience in paediatric occupational therapy and psychiatric mental health, with a passion for working alongside neurodiverse clients to build practical skills for everyday life. She will be working with children, teens, and adults, supporting executive functioning, emotional regulation, and life skills.
